Classes at Ashburton Elementary School

Create a Story
(Grades 2 - 3) Students explore the structure of dramatic stories by using familiar folktales and fairytales as the basis for building new stories. They bring the stories to life, using the actor’s tools of the body, voice, mind and imagination. Students learn to improvise, gain an understanding of character and environment as well as develop personal confidence and the ability to work in a group.

Classes will be held Tuesdays from 3:15 - 4:15pm, January 29th-April 29th, 2008. No classes will be held February 12 or March 25
COST OF 8 WEEK SESSION: $198.00
Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis—class size is limited to 12 max.
Registration deadline: Monday, January 14th, 2008.
Payments will be returned to those who cannot be accommodated.
