Flex classes offer students and families the ability to combine acting or dance classes with summer vacation schedules. No prior experience necessary.

Sidwell Friends School (you can pair an Imagination Stage flex week with a Sidwell camp to round out your week or your month www.sidwell.edu/summer. )

Flex Acting: These week-long workshops are designed specifically for young actors, allowing students to explore the discipline and techniques of theatre in a fun and creative environment. Students develop an awareness of themselves as actors and acquire and apply new skills. All workshops are taught by professional teaching artists in an environment that encourages self-confidence, artistry and teamwork.

Flex Dance: These week-long workshops, designed specifically for young dancers, allow students to explore the techniques of dance in a fun and creative environment. Professional dance instructors and choreographers guide students’ understanding via movement work and video analysis.

Tuition: $235 per 1-week 3-hour session
No class July 4th ($188 tuition that week)
Lunch: Students attending both morning and afternoon classes should bring a peanut-free bag lunch.
