Based on last summer’s smash hit "It’s a Love Thing," this summer’s musical will again blend our students’ ideas and text with existing theatre pieces.

This summer we will explore the theme of “Identity.” Using such songs as “Who Am I?”(Les Misérables), “For Good“ (Wicked), “Like Everyone Else“(Side Show), “Nicest Kids in Town?“(Hairspray), “My New Philosophy“(You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown), “A Way Back to Then“ (Title of Show) and “Someone Else’s Story“ (Chess), students will find creative approaches to investigating the meaning of self, other and society in order to tell a story that is uniquely their own.

The development and rehearsal process concludes with two public performances at Imagination Stage in the Reeve Studio Theatre. Each company member will receive a total of 12 complimentary tickets to these performances.
