POLICIES
All sales are final and non-refundable. If exchange is for a more expensive performance, subscriber will be charged the price difference. Subscriptions are processed in the order in which they are received and seats are assigned based on best available at the time of your order. To sit with friends, please place all orders in one envelope. Flex subscribers may contact the theatre at any time after 8/5/08 and reserve the best available seating for any performance. It is strongly recommended that Flex Subscribers reserve their seats before single tickets for the first show go on sale, on 8/18/08. All subscriber seating information, dates, and other information will be mailed to you in early August, if you subscribe by July 15, or within two weeks of your order, if you purchase later than July 15. Subscriptions are ticketless. Plays, directors and dates subject to change.
