Creative Drama: Pirates & Mermaids class #5320  CLOSED
(k-1st) Students use their bodies, voices, minds and imaginations to explore stories such as Pirate Pete’s Great Adventure and Mystery in a Bottle.  Connections to stories are made through dramatic play, music, movement and visual art.  This class promotes confidence and self-esteem.

Wednesdays 3:10-4:10pm, 1/30-4/16, No class 2/27, 3/26.

Drama:  Mystery Theatre  class #5321
(2nd-3rd) An exciting opportunity to explore acting and the mystery genre! Students learn about the actor’s tools, dramatic structures, character creation and teamwork while devising mysterious characters and scenes through story-building exercises and guided improvisations.

Thursdays 3:10-4:10pm, 1/31-4/10, No class 3/27.

Acting  class #5322
(4th-5th) Students develop their understanding of characters and relationships on stage.  They work on neutral scenes.  This class teaches students how to build an ensemble through theatre games and exercises.

Tuesdays 3:10-4:10pm, 1/29-4/15.  No class 2/12, 3/25.

Registration Deadline:  Friday, January 18th, 2008.
COST OF 10 WEEK SESSION: $175.00
Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis—class size is limited to 15 max. Payments will be returned to those who cannot be accommodated.
