Eligible full-time employees may participate in:

100% Employer Paid Health Insurance - Imagination Stage pays 100% of employee health care premiums for eligible employee's through Blue Cross/Blue Shield, which also includes a discount vision and dental program.

Flexibile Spending Accounts - Flexible Spending Accounts allows eligible employee's to pay for health care costs (health insurance co-pays, prescriptions, dental and vision care, as well as child care and other costs) from pre-tax income.

Life Insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans - Imagination Stage provides eligible employees with $25,000 in life insurance plus short- and long-term disability plans at no cost to employees.

403(b) Retirement Plan - After one-year of service eligible employees may participate in our 403(b) retirement plan through Vanguard. Imagination Stage provides eligible employees with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 3% of their salary.

Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave - Eligible employees start by accruing two-weeks of vacation, one-week of personal and one-week of sick leave annually. Our policy provides an additional week of vacation after two years of service, and additional days at five and ten years of service.

Holidays - Imagination Stage pays for nine holidays annually, including an employee's birthday!

Travel Subsidies (Metro SmarTrip Card or Subsidized Parking) - Imagination Stage provides eligible employees with travel subsidies to help cover the cost of their commute (via metro) to Imagination Stage, or to help cover the cost of parking in downtown Bethesda.
