Weekend Sales Associates

Imagination Stage, an exciting and inspiring regional not-for-profit professional children's theatre and arts education organization is looking for friendly Weekend Sales Associates to assist patrons in our Just Imagine gift-shop. These are part-time, weekend positions (hours of operation for the shop are Sat. 10am-9pm and Sun 11am-6pm).

Responsibilities include customer assistance and sales transaction completion, maintenance of the appearance of the Just Imagine gift shop; advising customers on gift shop merchandise; troubleshooting customer problems, fielding customer inquiries and reconciliation of daily receipts.

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience

• People skills (friendly and personable, enjoy working with the public);
• Excellent customer service skills a must;
• Ability to handle several things at once (multi-task) essential;
• A team-player, must work well with others;
• The ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment;
• Computer literacy required;
• Retail experience preferred;
• Counterpoint SQL experience a plus
• A sense of humor mandatory.

$7.50-$10 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Part Time Box Office Associate

Imagination Stage is seeking dynamic and detailed-oriented individuals to work 8 hour Saturday shifts while our shows are going on, occasional additional hours available from time to time.

Box Office work will include:
Processing of daily ticket sales and subscription sales through Patrons Edge
Customer service/information via phone and in-person
Will-Call ticket handling
Miscellaneous filing, organizing, paperwork
General assistance to manager on duty

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience

• Excellent organizational skills;
• People skills (friendly and personable, enjoys working with the public);
• Love of theatre and children;
• Previous box office work preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

$10.00 per hour.
