Weekend Sales Associates

Imagination Stage, an exciting and inspiring regional not-for-profit professional children's theatre and arts education organization is looking for friendly Weekend Sales Associates to assist patrons in our Just Imagine gift-shop. These are part-time, weekend positions (hours of operation for the shop are Sat. 10am-9pm and Sun 11am-6pm).

Responsibilities include customer assistance and sales transaction completion, maintenance of the appearance of the Just Imagine gift shop; advising customers on gift shop merchandise; troubleshooting customer problems, fielding customer inquiries and reconciliation of daily receipts.

Required Education, Skills and/or Experience

People skills (friendly and personable, enjoy working with the public);
Excellent customer service skills a must;
Ability to handle several things at once (multi-task) essential;
A team-player, must work well with others;
The ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment;
Computer literacy required;
Retail experience preferred;
Counterpoint SQL experience a plus
A sense of humor mandatory.

$7.50-$10 per hour, commensurate with experience.
