Arts Express - Grades 2-4

BETHESDA

Imagination Stage's popular "Introduction-to-Theatre" camp for children entering grades 2-4 in fall! Under the direction and guidance of teaching artists and trained counselors, campers learn the "nuts and bolts" of developing a story, creating characters and putting a play together. Campers share their work with family and friends in a 45-minute performance on the final week of camp. 4-Week Camp (9:00-3:30) - Before and After-care available

Musical Theatre Production Camp - Grades 5-8

ROCKVILLE
These camps train young performers to understand the actor's process in musical theatre from auditions, to the creation of believable and sustainable characters, to the final performance. Campers work on their acting, vocal, and dance skills which they can then apply to rehearsals with their professional directors and choreographers. 4-Week Camp (9:30-4:00) - Before and After-care available

Summer Musical Showcase

ROCKVILLE & SILVER SPRING
The New Showcase brings campers together to collaborate on a showcase of contemporary Broadway and Popular musical numbers. Campers work on their acting, vocal, and dance skills which they can then apply to rehearsals with their professional directors and choreographers. 2-Week Camp (9:00-3:30). After-care available (Siena).
