Imagination Stage is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, cultural and educational organization which does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnic or national group, gender, or disability.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION/RECEIPT
Please allow 2-3 business days for all registration forms to be processed. Confirmations of registrations will be sent within 5 business days when a valid email address is provided. Online registrants will be contacted only if a question or problem. To receive written confirmation of enrollment or a receipt for the class, please send a self addressed, stamped envelope with registration materials.
REFUNDS
Your full payment will be returned automatically when a class is full or cancelled due to low enrollment. If the scheduled time or location of the class changes after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued upon written request. For all other refunds, Imagination Stage requires a written request and assesses a 15% administrative fee plus the cost of any classes attended. The written request must be received by the completion of the second week of classes. There are no refunds after the completion of the third week of classes.

We do NOT follow Montgomery County Public School snow policy. Please call our weather line to find out if classes will be held: 301-718-9521.
ATTENDANCE/MAKE-UP POLICY
Imagination Stage will cancel any class with insufficient registration, and tuition will be refunded in full. We do not guarantee that classes cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather, power outage) will be made up; no refunds will be issued. We do not offer make up classes when a child is unable to attend. Please contact your teacher or mentor if you know in advance that your child will miss a class.
AUDITING
Students may audit a course for the first two weeks before deciding whether or not to enroll for the full semester. Students interested in auditing must contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , complete a hard copy registration form, in its entirety indicating ‘auditing' as a note. The first two weeks must be paid in full by credit card. The balance due will be charged on a valid credit card if the student decides to stay for the full term.
PAYMENT PLANS
Arrangement may be made to split total tuitions of $400 or more. There is a $15 administrative fee for this service. Both payments must be made by credit card. First payment will be due with registration. Second payment will be automatically processed on February 21, 2011. LATE PICK-UP
Parents will be assessed a $10 charge if a child is picked up more than 15 minutes after class ends, and an additional $1 per minute thereafter. Please pick up on time.
ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
Imagination Stage endeavors to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for students of all abilities. Parents are encouraged to provide complete information on the registration form and will be contacted by a member of our Access Department to discuss reasonable and respectful accommodations.
SIBLING/GUESTS
In order to provide a safe environment for your child, we ask that siblings and guests not accompany the student to class.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Imagination Stage reserves the right to use photos and videos taken in class for promotional and archival purposes only.
LIABILITY
Imagination Stage is not liable for the well being and safety of children who are around any of our facilities before a program begins or after a program ends.
RELEASE AGREEMENT
Although every effort is made to provide a safe environment, I recognize there is always a risk of accident. By submitting a registration, I agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred resulting from illness or injury during my child's participation at Imagination Stage. Students are expected to carry their own accident and medical insurance. I release Imagination Stage from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal injury of any kind. If necessary, I authorize Imagination Stage to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment for my child.
*Students in production classes will receive policies upon admission to the ensemble.
