American University, Washington, NW, DCSummer is the perfect time for emerging dancers to learn new techniques, as well as expand their knowledge of dance style and choreography. Imagination Stage returns for its second year to the campus of American University for the popular Middle School Dance Performance Camp as well as introducing the new one-week High School half-day dance camps. Dancers expand their repertoire through and intensive investigation of specific dance styles, including Contemporary, Broadway Jazz, and Hip-Hop taught by master teachers in state-of-the-art dance studios and classrooms. Appropriate attire required.

Our popular Flex Camps allow parents and campers to mix and match what that interests them most! With locations around the DC area there's a near home or work. Half-day sessions are offered in a variety of topics in dance and drama; you may choose the half-day option, or combine morning and afternoon sessions for a full-day opportunity. Extend the day with before and/or after-care at many locations.
